• Token and add-on purchase records tied to specific trips or trip ideas requests.
We use your information to operate and improve Voyajo, including:
• Creating AI-generated day-by-day travel plans based on your trip form inputs.
• Creating AI-generated trip ideas options based on your trip ideas request inputs.
• Processing payments through Stripe, issuing receipts, and maintaining billing records for accounting and fraud prevention.
• Managing tokens and add-ons purchased for specific trips or trip ideas requests.
• Communicating with you about your trip plans, account, or support requests.
• Improving features, personalizing user experience, and analyzing app usage.
• Detecting fraud, abuse, or security risks.
AI-generated recommendations may be incomplete or unexpected in some cases due to AI model and third-party service behavior.
We may share certain information with third parties to operate our service:
• With Stripe to securely process payments.
• With OpenAI/GPT services to generate AI-based trip plans using the planning inputs you provide.
• With Google services where needed for trip planning features and related data enrichment.
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.
• Account information (name, email) is retained unless you request deletion.
• Trip planning data may be retained for support, service quality, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal requirements.
• Trip ideas request data and generated options may be retained for support, service quality, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal requirements.
• Payment metadata is stored for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, but not card numbers or billing addresses.
• Token and add-on purchase records are retained and associated with the specific trip or trip ideas request for which they were purchased.
• If you provide an email while using the service as a guest, we may use that email to associate your guest trips and guest trip ideas with your account when you later register or sign in with the same email.
Voyajo uses industry-standard security measures such as encryption, secure connections (HTTPS), and restricted access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, update, or delete your personal information. You may also request that we remove your account or stop processing certain data by contacting us at oleksandr@voyajo.org.
