Voyajo collects the following types of information when you use our service:

• Trip form data you provide when searching for travel options, such as dates, destinations, and preferences.
• Traveler information required during flight booking, including first and last name, date of birth, gender, email, and phone number. Additional details entered for booking (such as passport or document information) are used only to complete the booking and are not stored after the process is completed.
• Payment-related metadata from Stripe (transaction amount, status, and identifiers). We do not store payment card numbers or billing addresses.
• Technical information such as IP address, device type, and usage logs for security and analytics.
• Token balance and purchase history (trip tokens are pre-paid credits you can spend to regenerate trip plans).
We use your information to operate and improve Voyajo, including:
• Providing travel search results and booking services.
• Creating AI-generated day-by-day travel plans based on your trip form inputs.
• Completing and managing flight bookings through Amadeus.
• Processing payments through Stripe, issuing receipts, and maintaining billing records for accounting and fraud prevention.
• Managing trip tokens (pre-paid credits) you purchase and spend to regenerate trip plans.
• Communicating with you about your trip, booking updates, or potential issues.
• Improving features, personalizing user experience, and analyzing app usage.
• Detecting fraud, abuse, or security risks.
AI-generated recommendations are currently random and based solely on your trip preferences. Sponsored or promotional recommendations may be added in the future.
We may share certain information with third parties as part of our travel booking process:
• With Amadeus and airlines to complete flight bookings (traveler details required to issue tickets).
• With Stripe to securely process payments.
• With OpenAI to generate AI-based travel itineraries using the trip information you provide.
We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties. In the future, anonymized or aggregated data may be used for analytics or advertising purposes.
• Account information (name, email) is retained unless you request deletion.
• Trip and booking details may be retained for support, accounting, or legal requirements.
• Sensitive traveler information (such as passport numbers or document details) is not stored permanently and is deleted after the booking process is completed.
• Payment metadata is stored for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, but not card numbers or billing addresses. Stripe-generated receipts are stored or linked for your records.
• Token purchase history and balances are retained so you can use your credits and for accounting.
Voyajo uses industry-standard security measures such as encryption, secure connections (HTTPS), and restricted access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, update, or delete your personal information. You may also request that we remove your account or stop processing certain data by contacting us at oleksandr@voyajo.org.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our service or legal requirements. Continued use of Voyajo after updates means you accept the updated policy.
