Voyajo provides travel planning tools that help you find flights, hotels, and create day-by-day itineraries using AI. We act solely as an intermediary between you and travel providers such as airlines, hotels, and booking systems. We do not operate flights or hotels and are not responsible for decisions, cancellations, delays, or changes made by these providers.
Some features may require you to create an account. We currently collect your email and name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.
Flight bookings are handled through the Amadeus API. During the booking process, you must provide accurate traveler information including first and last name, date of birth, gender, email, and phone number. Additional information you enter (such as passport or document details) is used solely to complete the booking and is not stored after the booking process. Your booking is not confirmed until the airline or ticketing provider issues a valid reservation or ticket.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store card numbers or billing addresses. We issue Stripe receipts and retain payment metadata for accounting and fraud prevention. All payments are non-refundable. If a flight booking fails after payment, we will refund the flight cost, but any service fees charged by Voyajo are non-refundable.
Voyajo uses AI technology to generate suggested day-by-day travel itineraries based on information you provide. These suggestions are for informational purposes only. Recommended places or activities are selected algorithmically and may not represent actual availability, safety, or suitability. We may introduce sponsored or promotional recommendations in the future.
Flight and hotel prices, availability, and conditions may change at any time based on information from travel providers. Your booking may fail if the airline updates or withdraws the offer. In such cases, you may need to select a different flight or repeat the booking process.
Voyajo is not responsible for issues caused by airlines, hotels, booking systems, or other third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, denied boarding, schedule changes, delays, cancellations, baggage issues, visa or entry requirements, or any losses caused by inaccurate traveler information you provide. Our service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
You agree to use Voyajo only for lawful and personal travel planning. You may not misuse the service, attempt to manipulate search results, or provide false information during booking.
We rely on third-party providers to offer our services. This includes Amadeus for flight search and booking, Stripe for payments, and OpenAI for generating AI-based travel plans. Your use of Voyajo constitutes agreement to the respective terms and policies of these providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Voyajo after updates means that you accept the changes.
Trip tokens are pre-paid credits that can be used to regenerate or adjust trip plans. Initial trip generation is free and does not consume tokens. Token purchases are handled through Stripe; we do not store card data, only payment metadata and token balances. Token purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
