Voyajo is an AI-powered trip planning service. We generate day-by-day trip plans and trip idea options based on the inputs you provide. We do not provide flight booking, hotel booking, or ticket booking services.
Some features may require you to create an account. We currently collect your email and name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.
Trip plans are generated by AI and are provided for informational and planning purposes only. We optimize prompts and request logic, but outputs may still be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or otherwise not as expected.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card numbers or billing addresses. We retain payment metadata for accounting, support, and fraud prevention.
Voyajo sells tokens and trip plan add-ons. Tokens can be purchased for either a specific trip or a specific trip ideas request, depending on the interface context. Trip plan add-ons are attached to a specific trip. Purchases are not global account balances and are not transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product interface.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, including token purchases and trip add-on purchases, except where a refund is strictly required by applicable law.
Voyajo depends on third-party infrastructure and APIs, including Google APIs and GPT/OpenAI APIs. Even with optimized integrations, these services may return unexpected or incorrect results, delays, or errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party service behavior or AI output quality. Our responsibility is limited to correctly processing payments we take.
You agree to use Voyajo only for lawful and personal planning purposes. You may not abuse the service, attempt to interfere with generation systems, or use the platform in ways that violate applicable laws.
We rely on third-party providers to operate the service, including payment providers and AI/location APIs such as Stripe, OpenAI/GPT services, and Google services. Your use of Voyajo is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Voyajo after updates means that you accept the changes.
